Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

Important Notice for EA Licenses (Digital Products)

  • Once an EA license has been activated, it is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • EA licenses that are NOT activated within 7 days from the date of purchase are also NOT eligible for a refund.

  • By purchasing an EA license, you acknowledge that digital licenses are delivered instantly and access is granted immediately, making them non-returnable once activation eligibility has passed.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Digital products such as EA licenses do not qualify for returns or refunds once activated or after 7 days of non-activation.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products and software licenses (including EA licenses)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item (if applicable), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided that:

  • The item has not been used or activated

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

⚠️ This cooling-off period does NOT apply to activated EA licenses or digital products once access has been granted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
